Re: Donation of a Computer

On behalf of the staff, pupils and parents of the children attending the above school, I wish to thank you very much for your kind assistance in helping us with another computer.

The donation is very timely as it comes at a time when more and more children are introduced to learning how to use a computer. We are also helping teachers from 11 other schools to be able to set computers classes in their respective schools. Therefore there is need for more computers to cater for children in grades 4 to 6

Once more, thank you very much and be assured that it will be put to good use. Thanks.

A Letter of Appreciation

Please allow me to write on behalf of the pupils, P.T.A, communities, and on my own behalf to thank you and all the people, pupils and teachers of Westside School for the wonderful assistance you have sended to Sofanyama School.

The only decision of a possible link in pen-pals is a good and honorable gesture that would go a long way to open a chapter for close friendship and mutual understanding of each other and possibly way of knowing each other more.

I, my teachers, P.T.A. and the entire pupils have learnt a lot from your pen-pal letters, and we would continue to wishing a long prosperous link for both the pupils of Sofanyama and Westside schools.
I hereby want to reassure you all that every little thing has been receive with appreciation and shall be put in to good use they are intended for.
