GambiaHELP's staff work entirely on a volunteer basis, which means virtually all of your contribution will go directly towards programs for the Gambia. GambiaHELP is recognized by the IRS as a 501 (c)(3) charitable/educational organization, so your contributions are also tax-deductible.
